  • Submit eligible CEC credits to Lakeland College within stated timelines

  • Provide accurate educational content

  • Deliver courses professionally and in good faith

However, Grow Wise does not guarantee:

  • Regulatory approval outcomes

  • License renewals

  • Employment opportunities

  • Examination success

Participants remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Course Registration & Attendance

By registering for a course or webinar, you agree that:

  • Registration information provided is accurate

  • You will attend and participate honestly

  • You will not impersonate another participant

  • You will comply with participation requirements for credit eligibility

Certain courses may require:

  • Attendance verification

  • Poll participation

  • Survey completion

  • Identity confirmation

Failure to meet participation requirements may result in credits not being issued.

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests made at least 48 hours before a scheduled live session may be eligible for a refund or transfer.

  • No refunds may be issued after course completion or after accessing downloadable materials.

  • Grow Wise reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

If a course is cancelled by Grow Wise, participants will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer registration to another session.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, presentations, graphics, branding, videos, and downloadable resources are the property of Grow Wise unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Reproduce materials without permission

  • Redistribute course content

  • Record or rebroadcast live training sessions
